Causes Premier Cares About
Over the years, Premier Timeshare Resale has proven to be a needed service and a success. It's now time to show gratitude and "pay it forward".
We feel the most important ingredient to becoming truly successful and living a fulfilled life is servitude. Something that we feel fuels PTR is the wonderful combination of entrepreneurial minds and philanthropic hearts shared by both owners.
Many ask us how we got into the timeshare industry and the answer is simple, we needed a job and someone hired us. We then got into the timeshare resale industry because we saw a need for a service we had the ability to provide and took a risk. However, it wasn’t until a few years into unhappily slaving away trying to make a financially successful business that it really clicked that we could combine our ambitions with our passions to make a difference in the lives of others and pay our bills. This is when our perspective changed from one of working to make money to working to help others. We realized that helping others whether it be timeshare-related or cause- related we in turn help ourselves. Suddenly, we no longer felt we were a slave to our jobs but instead living with purpose and making a difference.
No matter what your occupation, we encourage you to find a way to serve others daily. It could be just a smile and a kind word or gesture. It will be impossible not to notice how much more enjoyable your job becomes when your perspective changes.
“We grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.”
Premier Timeshare Resale is proud to be affiliated with such a wonderful organization as Make-A-Wish. Since 1980 they have granted thousands of wishes from being a fire fighter for a day to visiting Disney World or seeing snow for the first time! One percent of our commission on every sale, up to $5000 a year goes to granting a travel-related wish for a child.
When you buy or sell with us you help make a wish come true!
In 2011, your sales helped grant a wish for an 11-year old boy name Wyatt to visit the theme parks in Orlando, FL. Read more about Wyatt and his wish.
Other ways you can you help grant a wish...
1.Donate your timeshare usage. Make-a-Wish cannot take your timeshare, but you can donate the usage to help grant a child's travel wish. You can help a child visit a special place or build a sandcastle on the beach for the first time. This can be very fulfilling for you and you may also talk to your accountant about getting a tax deduction on the year's maintenance/usage fees.
2. Donate financially. You can donate one-time, become a monthly giver, donate in someone’s name and more.
3. Volunteer Time or Talents. They need help at events, office help, professional services, translators and more.
4. Donate treasures. You can donate hotel royalty rewards, frequent flier miles, building supplies, computer equipment, hot tubs & spas and more.
6. Shop to help. You can order are Make-A-Wish holiday cards, shop at the product Marketplace or buy or sell on eBay with the eBay Giving Works program.
7. Adopt a Wish. Work directly with a staff member and choose a wish you’d like to grant.

"Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." - Corinthians
Vacation time is an excellent time to show gratitude for the time and give back to the place you are visiting. Many people feel it’s hard to find time to volunteer but on vacation you have nothing but time. It will make the trip memorable and rewarding for the entire family. You can search for charities by location at www.justgive.org. Simply pick out a few charities and send them an e-mail. We’ve found that soup kitchens, children’s centers, homeless shelters and donation centers often benefit greatly from just a few hours of your help.
