The fractional ownerships at Polo Towers are available in two options, The Suites at Polo Towers located in Towers 1 and 2 and The Villas at Polo Towers located in Tower 3. The Suites at Polo Towers in Las Vegas offer a casual contemporary setting with a touch of elegance that will grab a hold of you and never let go. You have your choice of beautiful 1- and 2- bedroom suites or award winning villas that come fully equipped for your “at home” needs. You can choose between 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (which can sleep 6 people), 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (which can sleep 4 people), and studio suites (which can sleep 2 people). Each living room and bedroom comes equipped with a remote control television, DVD/VCR combo, and a full audio system. All suites provide king beds in the master bedrooms, 2- bedroom suites provide a Murphy style queen bed and a sofa bed, and the 1- bedroom suites provide a king bed and a sofa bed to sleep 4 comfortably. The Villas at Polo Towers are decorated with fine Italian marble, fabrics, Italian tile, granite countertops, and artwork designed to carry you off to the elegant feel of the Tuscany region of Italy. Every closet in every room also comes equipped with a safe deposit box. The Polo Towers also provides on-site, coin operated laundry facilities with laundry detergent and fabric softener vending machines, located on floors 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, and 17 of Tower I, and floors 2, 5, 8, 11, and 15 of Tower III.

If you want to go online and search for things to do yourself, The Polo Towers provides WI-FI with daily and weekly rates, or you can use the dial up from the phone line in your room. Pets are not allowed at the Polo Towers except for service animals with documentation.

With so much entertainment and adventure around you, you may need some help deciding where to eat with your family, what casino's you want to enjoy, where the best golf spots are, or where to catch the greatest shows in Las Vegas. At The Polo Towers this will be no problem. Before you even arrive, you can contact the concierge services, which can book activities and make reservations in advance of your stay, so everything will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. When you arrive at The Polo Towers you may allow the complimentary valet service to park your vehicle for you or you may pick up a parking pass from the front desk and park it yourself in the underground parking lot or follow signs to the open lot north of The Polo Towers in the Travel Lodge parking area. As you arrive, the 24 hour bell service will unload your vehicle and if you arrive early they will even store your luggage for you until check-in. The bell service can provide you with a wheelchair and stroller rental service, as well as same day dry-cleaning. The bell service can also make shuttle service arrangements to the airport for a small fee. The Polo Towers also provides you with 24 hour inside and outside security officers that can assist you with your needs, whether you need to be escorted to your room, help with your key, or you need to search lost and found items.

Once you get settled in to your suite or villa, you may want to unwind before you dive head first into the excitement and action of the world famous Las Vegas strip. You may want to start off by enjoying the breathtaking views of the Las Vegas nightlights from the rooftop pool and spa on the 22nd floor of Tower III(open from 8:00am-10:00pm). Family time is between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, and adult time (16 and older) is between the hours of 5:00pm and 10:00pm. The pool deck area has cabanas, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, outdoor sinks, restrooms, and music. The spa is open year round, but the pool is open based on weather conditions. Perhaps you would prefer to relax by exercising some stress out of you system. The fitness center will satisfy you with state-of-the-art equipment, separate men's and women's steam rooms, tanning equipment and massage therapists. The fitness center's hours of operation are: Monday through Saturday 7:00am-8:00pm and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm. If you want to book a tanning appointment, massage appointment, or ask questions, please call prior to your visit or dial 54 from your room phone and ask to speak to the fitness center staff. All guests of the fitness center must be 18 years of age or older. If your children are under 18 and they want to play in the water too, just take them down to the family water park & play area, located on the ground floor. The water park is a covered area with outside tables and lounge chairs, vending machines, and water and play activities. The water park hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you get hungry, but you don’t want a meal, just a little snack and you don't want to leave The Polo Towers, just go down to the Pony Express Logo Shop and Mini Mart. Located right off the main lobby of Tower I, the Pony Express has snacks, last minute food items, freshly brewed coffee, muffins, and doughnuts. The Pony Express also has Polo Tower’s logo items like T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs and more.
