Wyndham Sedona

Wyndham Sedona is the perfect home base from which to explore Red Rock Country. The property is situated in the midst of the natural beauty of the Arizona desert and is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon as well. Buying a Wyndham Sedona timeshare gives you a home away from home in what many regard as the very best part of the Southwest, and it's one of the best parts of the country for hikers. 

Unit Types

Wyndham Sedona offers one two-bedroom design and two different one-bedroom designs. All unit types come with complimentary high-speed WiFi.

The one-bedroom suite design has a den at the entryway complete with sofa and television as well as a skylight. Stairs lead up to the main living area on the second floor, which features a kitchenette, dining area, bedroom and bath. The bedroom has a king bed, with an additional queen sleeper sofa out in the living area. A dining table and washer/dryer are also provided with each unit. The kitchenette consists of a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and utensils including wine glasses.

A deluxe one-bedroom design is also available. This is a significantly larger unit that includes a full-sized kitchen, a larger bedroom and bathroom, a larger living area and dining table, and a private balcony. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub, and there are added furnishings in the bedroom. 

The two-bedroom option also follows the deluxe design, adding an extra bedroom with two full-size beds and an additional bathroom. 

The one-bedroom designs can accommodate up to four guests, while the two-bedroom can have up to eight. 

Wyndham Sedona Amenities

Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool to beat the summer heat, and an outdoor hot tub when things cool down. There is also a sauna, fitness center, game room and picnic area on site. 

Sedona Arizona

Wyndham Sedona is in a quiet and secluded location, but only about a half mile from the nearest restaurants and shops. A Safeway and Walgreens are located within a very short drive for basic needs, and from there it's not much farther to most of Sedona's restaurants, cafes and breweries. 

The amazing views of nature at every turn are often reason enough for people to visit the area. Sedona is also a major destination for relaxing spa getaways, however, with over 40 in the area. Shopping for local art and unique mementos is also a highlight of many trips. 

While hiking is the preferred method for getting up close and personal with Sedona's natural wonders, there are many other options. Visitors can take tours by jeep, ATV, horse, helicopter and even hot air balloon. There are also many places to rent bicycles, of course. 

A number of famous landmarks and scenic areas are within a short drive, including Cathedral Rock, Slide Rock State Park, the Arizona Snowbowl and Lowell Observatory. Grand Canyon National Park is about a two hour drive away, as is Phoenix (in the other direction). Those who need the stimulation of a bigger city can also reach Flagstaff in just about half an hour by car.
